"Briefs From All Around the County - Doniphan"
Mrs. Anna Lindenberg (sic) passed away at her home near Doniphan on Sunday, November 26, 1916, at the age of thirty-six years. She had been a sufferer for several years. She leaves to mourn her early death, her husband, Benjamin Lindenberg, and three sons and one daugher, her mother, Mrs. Anna Remerts, three brothers, Will, Frank and Henry, and three sisters, Mrs. Ella Reimers, of Big Springs, Neb., Mrs. Clara Shroder and Grazena, of Doniphan, besides many dear friends who extend sympathy to the family. The funeral was held from the German Lutheran church at 2 o'clock Wednesday and was conducted by Rev. Kretchmar, of Hastings, who preached an excellent sermon. Interment was made in Rosedale cemetery where others of her people are at rest.
