Mrs. Nancy Palestine Stansell, 70, of Route 1, Hindsville died September 30 in the Madison County Hospital.

She was born February 25, 1883 at Wharton, Ark. the daughter of H. H. and Polly Ann Parker Bolinger. Mrs. Stansell was a Baptist and the widow of Jesse Newton Stansell who preceded her in death January 12, 1971.

Survivors are six sons, Lee and F. Creed of Hindsville, Leonard of Huntsville, Lois E. of San Bernardino, California, and Oren and Dee of Valley Falls, Kansas; one daughter, Gladys Vanhook of Springdale; one brother, Jim Bolinger of Huntsville; two sisters, Mrs. Tennie Bowman of Springdale and Mrs. Carrie Dotson of Ontario, California; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Wednesday, October 3, at 2 o'clock at the Huntsville Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Burial was in the Wharton Creek Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Joe, Art, Ray and Maxie Bolinger, Allen Bowman and X Dotson.
