4717751 Lance Corporal Kevin Leslie Mitchinson, A Squadron 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Age 22 from Port Lincoln SA. Crew commander Mitchinson from A Squadron 3rd Cavalry Regiment died as he pursued the Viet Cong in a APC in Phuoc Tuy on 21st February 1967 the APC hit a mine and exploded, killing him instantly.
