Charlotte B. Pope, 89, died Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at the Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City.

She was born November 9, 1917 at Eureka, Kansas the daughter of Chester Munson and Effie Elizabeth Stalcup Chapman. She worked as a waitress, nurses aide and a homemaker.

She was a member of the Ft. Dodge Chapel, Ft. Dodge, Kansas.

On June 3, 1963 she married Robert Pope in Big Springs, Texas. He died September 11, 1972.

Survivors include: 2 sons, Donald Lee Myers and wife Sandra, Plattsburg, New York, Clarence “Jack” Jackson, San Antonio, Texas; 2 daughters Marilyn Sue Griffith, Carbondale, Kansas, Brenda Kay Jackson, Greensburg, Texas.

She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Myers; 1 brother, Elwin Chapman; 1sister Vera Wilson.

Memorial Service will be 2:00pm Friday October 12, 2007 at the Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City with Dan Zink presiding. There will be no public visitation, cremation has taken place. Inturnment will follow in the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Dodge
