Interment will be in Ashland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Jeremy passed away May 18, 2009, in Longview.
Jeremy was born November 5, 1979, in Longview, Texas, to Donald and Melinda Hawkins. He was of the Baptist faith and a former oilfield worker.
He is survived by his children, Caden and Haley Hawkins of Hallsville; parents, Donald and Kathy Hawkins of Diana, and Melinda and Edward Blanchard of Hallsville; brothers, Jason Hawkins and Jonathan Smith of Diana; sister and brother-in-law, Jena and Jacob Romero of Pineville, Louisiana; paternal great-grandmother, Connie Gowen of Diana; and paternal grandfather, Gerry Hawkins of Howe, Oklahoma.
