Gerald L. Grace, 82, Audubon, N.J., died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, N.J.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Inzy and Elsie Grace.
He is survived by Inzy Grace Jr., Audrey Hamilton, Betty Shearborn, Darrel Grace, Shirley Wilt, James Grace and Elsie Fogel; eight daughters; 22 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
While growing up in Altoona, Gerald attended Missionary Alliance Church. He had a long and distinguished career in the U.S. government until his retirement in 1993.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009, at the chapel at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with Pastor Timothy McGarvey officiating.
