Funeral services for Jennie Ruth Stewart, 85, Mabank, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday October 7, at the Eubank Funeral Home Chapel, Canton, with Revs. Byron Jones and Louie Barron officiating.
Burial was in the Haven of Memories Memorial Park, Canton.
Mrs. Stewart died October 5, 2000 in Athens.
She was born November 9, 1914, in Murphy to the late John and Docia Nelson Harvey.
She grew up in Plano and lived most of her life in Dallas prior to moving to the Cedar Creek area for the last 17 years. She played the organ and piano at Baptist churches for many years.
