Amy Lynn Welch, 36, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Hawthorn Court Nursing Home in Paulding.
She was born Feb. 4, 1971, in Paulding County, the daughter of Alan R. and Sandra Sue (Stallbaum) Welch. She was a former employee of the Paulding County MRDD, and a member of the First Christian Church in Paulding.
Surviving are her father, Alan R. Welch and her step-mother, Jill Welch, both of Haviland; a son, Jalen Welch of Paulding; two brothers, Brian Welch of Paulding and Robert (Jacque) Welch of Van Wert; a sister, Courtney Welch, Toledo; maternal grandmother, Thais Stallbaum of Paulding; and her paternal grandmother, Mildred Welch of Van Wert.
Preceding her in death were her mother, Sandra Welch in 1982; her maternal grandfather, Ray Stallbaum; her paternal grandfather, Justus Welch; and a sister, Jonica Jo Welch.
Services were held Saturday, June 23, at the First Christian Church in Paulding, with the Rev. Paul Miller officiating. Burial was in Live Oak Cemetery, Paulding. Den Herder Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
