Services for Charlotte H. Franklin, 77, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Broadview Baptist Church with the Rev. Truman Johnson officiating and the Rev. Michael Struve assisting.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
She died Monday, June 19, 2000, at her home.
She was born March 19, 1923, in Colorado City. She attended school in Colorado City. From 1948 to 1997 she lived in the Idalou and Abernathy areas where she was engaged in the farming business. She married Curtis Hall Franklin in 1941. He died in 1965. She married Russell Cotton in 1971. He died in 1974. She was a member of Broadview Baptist Church in Lubbock.
Survivors include her son, Harley Franklin; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
