A native of Johnson County, Mrs. Thornhill moved to Crosby County in 1909.
Survivors include her husband, Doyle Thornhill; two sons, Jack of Austin and Charles of Tulsa, Okla., four sisters, Mrs. Shadie Woods of Houston and Mrs. Clarence Ratheal, Mrs. Hallie Smith and Mrs. Meb Givens, all of Crosbyton; three brothers, Conda Starrett of Kalgary, S.P. Starrett of Crosbyton and Stacy Starrett of Lubbock; and five grandchildren.
