Daniel G. Mace, 20 of Greenville was apparently accidentally shot to death while in his car at a service station near Anderson on Saturday night
Coroner Wesley Page said a preliminary investigation indicated that a gun accidentally discharged when an occupant of the car attempted to put the gun under the car seat. the bullet struck Mace in the chest, Page said.
