Viola E. Looney, 88, 158 Gassman Road, died May 23, at home.
Mrs. Looney was born January 12, 1894, at Monitor, Oregon. She had lived with her son, Raymond Looney of Castle Rock, the last eight years.
She is survived by four sons Rayond, Castle Rock, Wash., Eldon Looney and Melvin Looney of Mollala, Ore. and Nathanael Looney of Sweet Home, Ore.; three daughters, Eileen Harvey and Odeane Thelander, both of Mollala, Ore., and LaVera Timmons of Jacksonville, Ore.; a sister, Myrtle Warner of Cannon Beach, Ore., 16 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services were held May 26 in the Mollala Chapel of Everhart and Kent. Burial followed at Canby, Oregon.
Everhart and Kent Funeral Home in Mollala made arrangements.
