Cora Mae Wilson, 1240-20th SE, died Sun., Sep. 13, at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Graveside services at 1 p.m. Tue., Sep. 15, with Dr. Dwight Blankenship. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home in charge.

Born in Antlers, OK, a daughter of George A. & Cora E. Townsend Cox, she attended schools in Wesley & Greenville & graduated from Greenville High School. She taught school in Jennings before moving to Washington, D.C. in 1940 where she worked for the U.S. government, retiring in 1971. She lived in Antlers for 10 years before moving to Paris in 1981. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She married Charles G. Wilson Mar. 4, 1934. He died Sep. 5, 1986.

Surviving are 2 nephews, Robert Jamar & Jack Jamar, both of Paris; 4 nieces, Pauline Carter, Johnny Jo Russo & Billie Jean Blankenship, all of Paris, & Mary Hilyer of Pensacola, FL; several great nieces & nephews & great great nieces.
