Wife of Frank N. Perry, departed this life at her home in this city on Saturday, March 8th, 1913, after an illness of a few weeks. In spite of all that medical skill and loving hands could do the death angel came and took her away from those she loved.
She was born south of Naperville, February 17th, 1886, the daughter of Martin and Emiline Brossman. Her age was 27 years and 21 days.
Her father died 16 years ago and her mother 14 years ago in June. Two sisters also have preceded her, the one in 1887 and the other in 1899.
On June 8th, 1905, she was married to Frank N. Perry, the sorely bereaved husband. To this union three children were born, Florence who is 7 years old in April, Naomi 5 years old in April and a babe, Virginia 5 weeks old.
Mrs. Perry was a member of the Philathea class of Grace Church S.S. and interested in its sessions for the study of God's Word.
Besides her husband and three little children, she leaves to mourn two sisters, Mrs. Frank Shimp and Mrs. Rose Dewar, of this city.
She left a testimony to her trust in the Saviour of men and fell asleep in the everlasting arms.
Funeral services were conducted at Grace Church on Monday afternoon at two o'clock, by the pastor Rev. L. C. Schmidt, assisted by Rev. I. Beery of the Brethren church.
