Cara or Carrie Ann was the daughter of Bilbra and Elizabeth Curtis and the granddaughter of Hilary Curtis. She married William B. Bramlett on 14 May 1871 at the Ford farm in Pope County AR. She is buried beside her grandson Leon, son of Thomas Andrew and Josie Bramlett. She died from complications of pneumonia according to death certificate and NARA files on William B.'s Civil War pension. One of Carrie and William B.'s daughters was Martha Florence Bramlett who married Noble S. Coffman in Pope County Jan. 10, 1898. Florence died in 1920 and her grave has not been located. It has been said that she is buried in a small hill cemetery outside Jerusalem AR in Conway County.
