Wilbur L. "Uncle Boo" Anderson, 65, of 17 First St., Bangor, died June 22, 1989. He was born April 28, 1924, the son of George T. and Helen M. (Libby) Anderson. He was employed by Eastern Construction Co. and Viner Bros. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

He is survived by three brothers, Clifford B. of Chandler, Ariz., Forrest A. of Roper, N.C., and Victor R. of Patterson, N.Y.; five sisters, Mildred I. Begin of Chandler, Ariz., Frances V. Wood of Needham, Mass., Ramona H. McPherson of Orono, Kathleen M. Crummey of Eau Gallie, Fla., and Laura F. Harvey of Ocala, Fla.; 26 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, George T. Anderson Jr.

Private services for the family only will be held at a later date at Oak Grove Cemetery, Bangor.
