Smithville resident Percy Lee Pinegar III, 24, died March 15 at his residence.
A nurseryman and member of the Baptist church, he was the son of Percy and Rhodessa Pinegar; and was preceded in death by his wife, Shanna Rochelle Pinegar.
He is survived by his daughters, Katlyn Pinegar and Victoria Dawn Tatrow, both of Smithville; parents, Percy and Rhodessa Pinegar of Smithville; sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Fred Steinbach of Smithville; nephew, Mickey Steinbach of Smithville; niece, Kelsey Steinbach of Smithville; maternal grandmother, Ruby Cagle of McMinnville; paternal grandparents, Percy Sr. and Nancy Pinegar of McMinnville; paternal great-grandmother, Lori Smith of Smithville; aunts, Debra Esmeyer, Rita Ferrell, Wanda Smith, Debra Dunn and Cindy Beachman; uncles, Michael Cagle of Louisiana, Teddy Cagle, Charles Pinegar, David Pinegar and Johnny Pinegar, all of McMinnville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were held yesterday at Love-Cantrell Chapel in Smithville with Bransford England officiating. Burial followed at DeKalb Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Love-Cantrell Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
