Visiting was at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday, and 8 a.m. to religious services held at 1 p.m. Monday…. Burial was in Arcola-Roseland Cemetery, Arcola.
Survived by husband, Homer D. Henry, Roseland: two sons, Lonnie R. Henry, Covington, and Sammie McElveen, Baton Rouge: two daughters, Mae Belle Shaw, Baton Rouge, and Maxie L. Bennett, Roseland; a brother Tebo Alford, Amite; a sister, Lena Burch, Franklinton; three granddaughters, Noel M. Henry, Rhonda and Pamela McElveen.
