Antoinette D. Durette, 89, died Thursday at Hartford Hospital.
She was born in Waterville, Maine, a daughter of Joseph and Odelie Giroux, and lived there until recently moving to Newington.
Mrs. Durette was a homemaker and a life member of St. Francis de Sales Church, Waterville.
Her husband, Leon A. Durette, died previously.
Surviving are a son, Leon Durette of Wilmington, Mass.; three daughters, Mrs. Florian (Nancy) Gregorczyk of Portage, Ind., Janice Drury of Tolland and Diane Durette of Plainville; a brother, Fernando Giroux of Waterville; three sisters, Fernande O'Donnell of Westbrook, Maine, Gabrielle Gorski of Armonk, N.Y., and Jeannette Giroux of Cape Elizabeth, Maine; and seven grandchildren.
The visiting hours and funeral were held previously. Burial was in St. Francis Cemetery, Waterville.
