Milton Homer Goff, 76, died Wednesday, November 28, at his home at 918 Fruitdale drive. He was born on Evans creek in Jackson county, Jan. 19, 1875, and had resided in this area most of his life. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and the Rebekah lodges of Milwaukie and of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Grants Pass.

Mr. Goff was married March 2, 1989, in Grants Pass to Sylvina Phelps. Three daughters and a son were born to this union.

The deceased is survived by his widow, Sylvina Goff of Grants Pass; a son, Arthur Goff of Okanogan, Wash.; three daughters, Ophia Niemela of Grants Pass, Emma Niemela of Winston and Beulah Garman of Salem; a nephew, Homer Goff of Grants Pass; two brothers, John and Robert, both of Leland; two sisters, Mary Clark and Carrie Jensen, also of Leland; five grandchildren.
