Daniel M. Macias, 76, died Aug. 19, 2004, at his home in Globe. Born in Miami, he worked as a custodian for the Globe Unified School District.
He is survived by his wife, Amelia Macias of Globe; three sons, Daniel S. Macias, Michael A. Macias and Joseph A. Macias, all of Globe; three brothers, Jesus Macias of Miami, Manuel Macias of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Albert Macias of Virginia; one sister, Frances Sandoval of Miami; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 23 at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Interment was in Globe Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lamont Mortuary of Globe.
