Sidney William Baker, Route 3, Pulaski, died early this morning in Pulaski Hospital. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ester Kidd Baker; four daughters, Mrs. Robert Harrell, Mrs. Raymond Jones, both of Pulaski, Mrs. W. D. Reed, Norfolk, and Mrs. Harold Williams, Radford; three sons, Joseph, Freddie, and Larry Baker, all of Pulaski; four brothers, James Baker, Bland, Hubert and Robert Baker, of Bluefield, and Emmett Baker, of Rocky Mount; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Pauley and Mrs. Enoc Taylor, both of Bland and Mrs. Ellen Lambert, of Bayard, VA. The body will remain at Strickler's pending funeral arrangements.
