Doris Jean Breckinridge, age 75, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009. She was born September 19, 1933, in Kentucky. Mrs. Breckinridge was preceded in death by her parents, Shade and Lorna Smith, husband, Charles Breckinridge and a sister, Shirley Napier.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Breckinridge and wife Stephanie of Mabelvale and Richard Breckinridge and wife Pam of Benton; daughter, Deborah Pratt and husband James of Malvern; three brothers, Clyde Smith of Michigan, Larry Smith of Florida and Kermit Smith of Michigan; two sisters, Virginia Young and Alice Hudson both of Kentucky and six grandchildren, Carly, Ethan, Pamela, Jimmy, Amy and Chad.
Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14 at Pine Crest Memorial Park.
