She was a member of Northshore Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by grandmother, Julia Elizabeth Kelly; grandfathers John William Henry and Carl Festus Long; and sister, Jessica James Purkey.
Survivors include mother, Melissa Ann Kelly Howard of Knoxville; father, Herman Howard Jr. of Kingston; son, Lucas William Howard of Kingston; grandmother, Mary Long of Kingston; grandfather, John Holland Kelly of Chattanooga; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service was at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 9, in Kyker Funeral Home chapel, Harriman, with the Rev. Jim Taylor officiating.
