"MRS. CHARLIE DONER. Melva Etta Doner, 75, died at 5 a. m. Monday in her home in Stoutsville, following an illness of ten years. Mrs. Doner was the widow of Charlie Doner. She was a member of the Stoutsville Lutheran Church. She is survived only by her cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Forest Valentine, who have cared for her in her Stoutsville home since the death of her husband in 1954. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Thursday in the residence, with the Rev.Frank Csaszar of the Stoutsville Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Hill Mausoleum by direction of the Van Cleve Funeral Home of Amanda. Friends may call in the residence after 4 p. m. Tuesday."----copy of obit in the possession of Betty Boldoser.
