MOULTON -- Mrs. Ethel Alexander, 58, died Thursday at 7 a.m. at Lawrence County Hospital, after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be shed Saturday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Willie Parker officiating. Burial will be in Landersville Cemetery with Elliott-Brown Service directing.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Aretus Burch, Pinson, Miss Joy Dale Alexander, Moulton; three sons, Winifred Alexander, Leighton, Wendell Alexander, Gadsden, Billy Alexander, Tuscumbia; a brother, Percy Fretwell, Chicago, Ill.; 16 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

The body will lie in state at the church for one hour.
