Dies In St. Clair
St. Clair, July 10--William Yeip, 83, 7581 Big Hand road, Columbus township, retired farmer, died Saturday in St. Clair community Hospital.
He was born Dec. 8, 1870, in St. Clair. He and Miss Mary Powers were married Nov.. 15, 1899.
Mr. Yeip is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Yeip; a son, Howard Yeip, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Brigetta DeFrane, Grosse Point; Mrs. Peter Endres, Marine City, and Miss Louise Yeip, at home; a brother, August Yeip, St. Clair; a sister, Mrs. Rose Zimmer, St. Clair, and six grandchildren.
The remains are in the L. C. Friederichs & Son funeral home. funeral services will be held at 9:30 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home and at 10 A.M. in St. Mary's Catholic Chruch.
Rt. Rev. Msgr. Edward J. Kromenaker, pastor of St. Marl's church, will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Women of the parish will recite the Rosary at 8 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home and men of the parish at 8 P.M. Monday.
