Jason Edward "Red" McGuire, 35, of Baytown, went to be with his Lord and Savior, and family, on Monday, May 11, 2009.
Jason was born on Feb. 8, 1974, in Lufkin, TX. He was a very hard worker, the best welder there was. He was very kind-hearted, a person with a heart of gold, a super dad, husband and son. He was a member of Trinity Tabernacle Assembly of God.
Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Glenn and Dortha Lucille McGuire and aunt, Jeanne Hollingsworth. He is survived by his wife, Brandy McGuire; children, Michael Weisinger, Gylnda McGuire and Jason McGuire, Jr.; mother, Shelley McGuire; uncles, Greg McGuire and Jerry McGuire and wife Denna; aunt, Sandra Thompson and husband Eddie, numerous cousins and great cousins, mother-in-law, Rhonda Weisinger and Ray Ferguson; father-in-law, Dennis Weisinger and Cynthia Borque.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2009, from 7 to 10 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells, TX, at 4 p.m., with Pastor Larry Hays officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler McGuire, Greg McGuire, Jeff McGuire, and Dennis Weisinger.
