Funeral services were held at Havre Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Steve Flatau officiating. Burial was in Highland Cemetery.
Fanning was born Jan. 17, 1977, to David and Diana Fanning in Havre. He graduated from Havre High School in 1997, and enjoyed being around his friends and co-workers at Havre Day Activity Center.
Fanning enjoyed Northstars American Legion baseball games, being bench coach, and working on the baseball field and fence. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, Nintendo, and watching TV wrestling.
Fanning was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marian Leamer.
Survivors include his parents; sister, Stacy Fanning of Havre; two brothers, Scott Fanning and Steve Fanning, both of Havre; grandfather, Roy Leamer of Havre; grandparents, Dallas and Vera Fanning of Kennewick, Wash.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
