Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Marjorie Bailey Duke of Avery; his father Bill Willingham of Clarksville; a sister, Sherry Beth Hutchens of Irving; a brother, Randall Kent Willingham of Avery.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
