Carrie L (Troup) Sanderson, 71, of Strinestown, died at 2:20 a.m. Monday at Manor Care South. She was the wife of William O. Sanderson, to whom she was married for 33 years.
The services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the John W Keffer Funeral Home Inc., 902 Mount Rose Ave., York. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sanderson was born Nov. 9, 1923, in York County. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Dora (Anderson) Troup.
Mrs. Sanderson also is servived by a son, Brondell B Yohe of Dover; a daughter, Judy L Steinkamp of Strinestown; a stepson, William C. Sanderson of North Carolina; two stepdaughters, Janetta Rose and Thelma Elaine, both of California; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Edward H. Yranell, pastor of Longstown United Methodist Church. 11-06-95
