MARGARET FELDMAN

Mrs. Margaret Feldman, 79, a former Elkhart Lake resident, died March 12 at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility, where she had resided for the past six months.
The former Margaret Fromm was born March 7, 1901, in Kiel, daughter of Henry and Mathilda Birr Fromm. She attended Kiel Schools. She married Arno Feldman on March 25, 1919. The couple farmed in the Town of Rhine and the Town of Russell until 1942, when they moved to Elkhart Lake. He died in 1955. Mrs. Feldman was a member of Community United Church of Christ, Elkhart Lake.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Victor Theyerl of Fond du Lac, Mrs. Audrey Burkhardt and Mrs. Arno Miller, both of Elkhart Lake, and Mrs. Inez Mayer of rural Elkhart Lake; four sons, LeRoy and Ronald, both of Elkhart Lake, Alfred of Waldo, and Howard of Plymouth; two brothers, Henry Fromm of Kiel and Arthur Fromm of Milwaukee; 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Community United Church of Christ. The Reverend Robert Johnston, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Kiel Cemetery.
