Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Wygal Seagle, 71, who died Wednesday after an extended illness, were conducted at 2 p.m. today from Thomas M. Seagle and Sons funeral home. The Rev. B.P. Edwards officiated at the services. Interment followed in Oakwood cemetery. She is survived by one brother, Fire Chief A.H. Wygal, of Pulaski; and one sister, Miss Lillian Wygal, of Staunton.
