Mrs. Moody was a life resident of the Yale area. Mrs. Moody was born March 11, 1884, near Brown City, daughter of the late Jacob and Salome Setter.
Mrs. Moody was a member of the Church of Christ. She and John Moody were married Oct. 29, 1902, in Brown City, and observed their sixtieth wedding anniversary last year. Mr. Moody died Feb. 9, 1963.
Mrs. Moody is survived by 4 daughters, Mrs. Olive Seaton, Mrs. Thelma Rector and Mrs. Marian Craig, all of Yale, and Mrs. Helen Hazelman, Dearborn; 3 sons, Clarence Moody, Frank Moody and Harry Moody, all of Yale; 26 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Olive Huffman, Imlay City; five brother, Alonzo Setter and Roy Setter, both of Brown City; John Setter, Birmingham, Mich.; Otto Setter, Farmington, Mich., and Harry Setter, Pontiac.
Seryices were held Sunday from Peters-Kaatz Funeral Home,Yale. Rev. Conrad Daniels, pastor of Yale Church of Christ, officiated. Burial was in Elmwood cemetery.
