Graveside services for Natalie W. Gottstein, 59, was held at Anchorage Memorial Cemetery with Rabbi Harry Rosenfeld of Temple Beth Sholom officiating. Mrs. Gottstein died May 16 at her Anchorage home.
Born Sept. 10, 1926 in Brooklyn, N.Y., she had lived in Alaska for 36 years. She was active in the Alaska Mental Health Association since 1978, and had been its director. Mrs. Gottstein is survived by two daughters, Sandra Mintz of Anchorage and Ruth Anne Faust of Lexington, Ken.; three sons, James, David and Robert Gottstein, all of Anchorage; her sister, Shirley Werner of San Francisco; three grandchildren; and her very good friend, Sarah Skinner of Anchorage. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Congregation Beth Sholom, 1000 W. 20th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska 99503 or to the Alaska Mental Health Association, 2611 Fairbanks St., Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
