Daughter of John Walton Price and Isabella Pratt Price. Born in Millcreek area of Salt Lake City. Married George Smith Bailey on 1 November 1883 in Salt Lake City. They had 12 children: George Reuben, Edith Caroline, Chrystal Belle, Elizabeth Irene, Waldmar Francis, Gerwin Pratt, Joseph Edgar, Marguerite Myrl, Beatrice Winifred, Verna Victoria, Iris Elaine, and Mildred Lenore Bailey.

Mrs. Victoria Price Bailey, 63, died at her residence 1628 East Thirty-third South street, Sunday at 1 p. m. of heart trouble. She was born in Mill Creek, August 8, 1864, and had resided there through her life. She had been active in L. D. S. church circles, and was thc widow of George S. Bailey who died last September 25.

She is survived by the following sons and daughters: George R. Bailey and Mrs. Edith C. Jacklin, Blackfoot, Idaho; Mrs. Irene E. Thomas, Riverton; Joseph Edgar Bailey, Los Angeles; Mrs. Myrl M. NorBerg, Coalsville; W. Francis Bailey, Gerwin P. Bailey, Beatrice W. Bailey, Verna V. Bailey, Mrs. Iris E. Sondruo and Mildred L. Bailey, all of Salt Lake.

The following brothers and sisters also survive: John N. Price, Mrs Isabel M. Schofield, Salt Lake; Joseph R. Price, Oakley, Idaho; Reuben G. Price, Gannett, Idaho; Wilfred Price, Sugar City, Idaho; Alma Price,, Ely, Nev.; Mrs. Martha Fagg, Salt Lake; Mrs. Annie Hamilton, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
