Constance A Mathews, widow of Harry B Mathews, Jr. died at 2 p.m. Monday at the Barnes Hospital in St. Lewis, Mo. after a short illness. Her husband, who was chairman of the board of the Mississippi Lime Co., preceded her in death in December of 1969. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. M.M. Jenks of Clayton, Mo., two sons, Robert F and Harry B III, both of Clayton. Also surviving are grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Lewis W. Thomson of Webster Groves, Mo. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the Lupton Funeral Home in St. Louis. Burial will be Wednesday at the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
