He was a native and lifelong resident of Rankin County.
Mr. Corley was a member of Richland Methodist Church, and was a retired employee of Avery Body Works.
His survivors are his wife, Mrs. Florence Sims Corely; four sons, Farley Corley of Gulfport, Alton and Carl Corley, both of Florence, and Willie Aubrey Corley of Tampa, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Steve Turner of Florence; one brother, Clyde Corley of Ethel; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Purvis of Brandon and Mrs. Effie Cummins of Kosciusko and six grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Plain Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John P. Williams, E.N. Hood, W.S. Moore Sr., Lester Sims, Jack Diffrient, Hilton Weems, William Wilson and Clyde Long.
