Rites Are Held For Thomas Bollman, Frankville Resident

Funeral services were held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Schutte Funeral Home for Thomas Wesley Bollman, 80 of Frankville, who passed away September 16.

The rites were in charge of Rev. Walter T. Martin, pastor of the Community Presbyterian Church of Postville. Burial was in the Frankville cemetery.

Thomas Wesley Bollman, son of James and Betsy A. Bollman, was born July 12, 1873 in Allamakee county near Postville. He passed away at Frankville, Wednesday, September 16, at the age of 80 years.

On August 3, 1904 he was united in marriage to Ida L. Kneeskern. They lived for a short time in Allamakee county and then moved to Frankville where Thomas Bollman owned and operated a barber shop until the time of his death. Mrs. Bollman died July 18, 1938.

Mr. Bollman is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary Schiff of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The following brothers and sisters preceded him in death: Loretta Bollman, John B. Bollman, Drusilla Smith, Ezra Bollman and Louisa Pratt.
