Funeral services for Edward R. Motz, 75, of 1162 Ottawa, West St. Paul, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Fred W. Johnston funeral home, 334 N. Snelling, with burial in Acacia Park cemetery.

Mr. Motz died Friday of a stroke in the Golden Age nursing home.
He is survived by his wife Ebba; two daughters, Mrs. Kurt W. Meese, West St. Paul, and Mrs. C. J. Cook, St. Paul; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, Elmer Motz, and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Plan and Lillian Motz, Inver Gorve. Published 1 May 1959 St. Paul Pioneer Press
