Mr. Regan was a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Elks Lodge and Knights of Columbus Council 364. Surviving are three sons, John M. "Jack" of Springfield, William R. "Bill" of Phoenix, Ariz., and Dennis C. of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. John J. (Sandy) Berry of Springfield; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Francis M. of Mount Clemens, Mich.; one sister, Mary Watts of Greenwinsh, R.I.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Concelebrated Funeral Mass: Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, the Rev. John Ossola and Rev. James E. Taylor, OMI, celebrants. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
