Mrs. Shuler Passes Away

Funeral Today 2 PM From East Point-Native of Elkton Community.
Mrs. Ida Belle Shuler, of near Elkton, died at her home early Thursday morning, after long illness. She was 68 years old. Funeral services will be held this Thursday from the East Point U.B. Church at 2 PM. The services will be conducted by Rev. W.H. Smith, assisted by Rev. Mr. Snapp, Methodist pastor of Elkton. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be C.J. Dyche, Kenzie Brill, Clyde Sipe, Walter Life,Elmer Leap, and Herman Longley. Flowerbearers will be Mrs. J.G. Bear, Mrs. Whit Berry, Miss. Ennie Shifflett and Miss Lottie Life.
Mrs. Shuler is survived by six sisters. Her husband died many years ago. There were no children.
Mrs. Shuler was born near Elkton and has always lived in that section. She was a daughter of the late J.W. and Emmaline Burkett. She was a faithful member of the U.B. Church and was a woman much beloved by a large number of friends for all her kind deeds.
