Funeral services for Charles J. Burnett of Pilot Hill will be held Wednesday, July 3 at 10 a.m. at Chapel of the Pines. Interment will be at the Middletown Cemetery.
Mr. Burnett died June 30 from natural causes at an Auburn hospital. He was born in Idaho and lived seven years in California, the past four years in El Dorado county.
He was a conductor on the Alaskan Railroad.
Mr. Burnett is survived by his wife Mary H. Burnett of Pilot Hill, father of Billie Irene Downer of San Hose and three grandchildren."
