Etta Woodruff Larson, 83, passed away on February 26, 1990 in a Local Hospital.


Born March 11, 1906 in Cottonwood, Utah to Ensign and Isabell Shields Woodruff.


Married Harland William ''Swede'' Larson on April 9, 1928 in Salt Lake City; he died on August 24, 1985.


Active Member of the LDS Church, currently serving as ward librarian and faithfully served in other church callings. Active in her stake special interest group.


Retired from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Was past president of the Murray Women's League. Current member of the Cottonwood Chapter of the DUP, where she served as captain and in other positions. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and always found special time to spend with them. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.


Survivors: son, Harland W. Larson and wife, Shauna, Highland; daughters, Jeannine L. Pedroza and husband, Steve, Orem; Jeannette L. Zabriskie and husband, Lynn, Bountiful; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a grandson, Mark.


Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 1990 at 11 a.m. in the Cottonwood First Ward Chapel, 5913 South Highland Drive. Friends may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, and on Saturday one hour prior to the services at the Church.
Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
