Dora E Adams 95 of New Bethlehem died Thursday evening Aug 19 1999 at Clarview Nursing Home in Sligo. Born June 22 1904 in Mahoning Township Armstrong County, she was the daughter of the late John R and Elizabeth BURDETT JEWART. She was married June 17 1925 to Francis Adams who preceded her in death in 1978. Mrs Adams was a homemaker. She was of the Protestant faith. Mrs Adams is survived by two daughters, Mrs Marshal (Ione) MILLER of Templeton and Mrs Bob (Edna) HELLER of Kingsville; two sons, John W. Adams and his wife Marie of Seminole and Edward "Jack" Adams and his wife Anna of Numine; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son Donnie Lee; one granddaughter Nancy; and one great-granddaughter Terri Marie. Friends may call from noon to 2 pm and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the Reuper Funeral Home in New Bethlehem. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at the funeral home with the Rev Ben Shindledecker officiating. Interment will follow at Mt Zion Cemetery on Beautiful Lookout.
