As of January 1, 2015, there is no visible marker on the grave of Frederick Matson (R-814-2). The closest permanent marker is that of James McMahon (R-814-1) which is one grave to the left. The marker in the lower left of the area photo belongs to James McMahon. Frederick Matson's grave is one grave to the right in the grassy area.

There seems to be some confusion about his name. The cemetery listing shows him as Frederick J. His obituary shows his name is Frederick Joseph. Findagrave member DSpooner has said his middle name is Jacob, and later that his name is Jacob Frederick. I have chosen to stay with what the obituary says.
