Constant was a farmer and carpenter. He was also in the house hauling business with his brother Cal Pierrottie. He was also a casket maker.

C. Pierrottie Final Rites Held
MAMOU - Funeral services were held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Ann Catholic church, for Constant Pierrottie, 82-year-old retired carpenter, who died on Thursday at 8:10 a.m. at the Savoy Memorial Hospital at Mamou, following an illness of two years.
The Rev. J.A. LeBlanc, pastor, officiated at the last rites, and burial was in the church cemetery, under the direction of the Ardoin Funeral Home.
A life-long resident of Mamou, Pierrottie is survived by two sons, George and Marion Pierrottie, both of Mamou; four daughters, Mrs. Lincoln Bertrand, Mrs. Leonard Hollier, Mrs, Davis Soileau all of Mamou, and Mrs. Leman Ardoin of Port Arthur, Tex.; one brother, Ulysesse Pierrottie, Mamou and one sister, Mrs. Theogene Martel, Mamou; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
