Gordon was an optimist and lived from the heart. Ultimately he believed in the health of all people and dedicated his life to helping people through chiropractic. He loved his job. Gordon's parents divorced when he was just 5 years old. He grew up with a loving step-father, Reginald G. Brown (FAG# 20010976 memorial). Gordon served in WWII with the US Army, married Patricia A. Nevers in 1946 raised 4 children: Bonnie, Tamara, Sheilah and Galen. Horses were his passion and he rode and cared for many beautiful horses throughout his life. Gordon married Elvira Valli in 1972 (divorced), married Althea Walker in 1982 (divorced) but remained happily married to Betty Jo Lawson since 1995.
