JENNY WILSON Passed away in Castro Valley on Wednesday April 12, 2006 at the age of 87. She was the loving mother of the late Sally Lawrence and Raymond Avalos. She is survived by her children Mary Lou Gomez of Turlock, Angela Martinez of San Lorenzo and Joey Wilson of Castro Valley. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren plus two great great grandchildren. Jenny was born January 2, 1919 in Blackfoot, Idaho. She had many interests that included camping, fishing, golfing, and she loved music and singing. She was also an avid fan of the Oakland Athletics. Her favorite hobby was arts and crafts and she was the copper enamel instructor at the First Presbyterian Church Senior Center in Castro Valley. Visiting hours will begin on Tuesday April 18, from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a vigil to be held at 7:00 P.M. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Machado's Hillside Chapel, 1051 Harder Rd, Hayward.
