Born August 30, 1935, in Murray, Utah, to Wells and Wilma L. Wellington VanValkenburg. Married Edward W. Smith on December 14, 1951, in Salt Lake City. Member of LDS Church.
Survived by husband; four sons, one daughter, Eddie (Stella); Billy (Sherri); Craig (Theresa); Vickie Perkins; Doug (Cori); 28 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, one brother. Preceded in death by son, Michael W. Smith; parents; brother.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 3, 1995, 11 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, where friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
